Dubai, Emirates Hills Villa Project – Landscape Design and Architectural Touches & Aesthetics
A stunning architectural and landscape design project has taken place in Dubai’s Emirates Hills. A team of skilled professionals designed, implemented, and executed the most current project, which masterfully captures the essence of contemporary luxury coupled with ecological aesthetics.
Every detail, whether grand or subtle, reflects a unified theme of precision and grandeur.
Flooring Design
A notable feature of the villa is its flooring, adorned with high-quality book-matched marble, and at the entrance, visitors are greeted by an expanse of impeccable flooring, which perfectly suits with the villa’s sophisticated vibe.
This seamless integration complements landscape design ethos, emphasizing luxury at every step and the flooring of the villa stands out as it flawlessly matches with the overall design theme.
Green Aesthetics and Outdoor Seating
Bridging the man-made beauty of architecture with the tranquility of nature, we’ve transformed the front seating area of the villa into a lush green space. This contemporary re-imagination provides residents with a serene spot to relax and connect with nature, right at their doorstep.
Wall Design
To the side of the villa, we’ve orchestrated a breathtaking green wall, ingeniously juxtaposed with stone cladding. The stone, carefully chosen for its soft texture and blunt angles, provides a dynamic and artistic movement to the wall.
Enhanced with LED backlighting, the wall transforms into a nocturnal spectacle – a blend of stone, light, and greenery that appears akin to a living painting. This creation resonates deeply with our landscape design philosophy, which values delicate, beautiful, and harmonious integration of design and nature.
Smart Pergola – Melding Technology with Leisure
The villa features a private, smart pergola – an innovative addition that merges technology with luxury. Owners can effortlessly control its lighting and sound system through their mobile devices, personalizing the ambience to their liking, whether they’re enjoying a quiet evening or playing their favorite tunes.
Swimming Pool Design
The villa boasts a distinctive swimming pool, intricately designed with a unique pattern that reverberates throughout the villa – making it a signature element.
Enriched with fiber optics, the pool becomes a glowing masterpiece by night. Surrounding the pool, six fire pits are strategically placed, setting the stage for intimate family gatherings or lively parties.
Color Palette
Every hue chosen for this villa was meticulously selected to harmonize with the overarching style. The result is a harmonious of colors that seamlessly intertwine with the villa’s architecture and decor.
Detailing and Fabrication
Throughout the project, the emphasis on detail has been paramount. Engagements at factories ensured material quality control and customized furniture fabrication.
Collaborative endeavors with contractors and consultants have been instrumental in the seamless integration of aluminum and glass elements, both crucial for thermal efficiency and structural integrity.
Comprehensive Design Approach
Our architectural lens didn’t just stop at landscape design. It encompassed every facet of the villa – including roofing, ensuring optimal insulation, water runoff, and structural resilience as well as other elements for ensuring a holistic design approach.
